Main functions

1. Process Designer

Oversees the surveying and mapping of processes, drawing upon the most widely used file formats (Excel, Word, PDF, DWG, SAMERP2 tables, etc.), and configures processes for optimum operation: users, profiles, permissions, conditions for switching from one task to another, signatures, times, consultations, etc.


2. To do list

This is the browsing tool for users, working groups and/or managers. It shows what needs to be done, together with the required actions and deadlines.


3. Planning

Manages task planning (Gantt), with forecasts of completions, deadlines and progress monitoring.


4. Monitoring, statistics and KPIs

Shows the status of tasks. Keeps a history of what has been done: what, when and by whom. Enables you to make statistical analyses and provides the necessary data, such as measurements of time and efficiency, to obtain custom KPIs.


5. Document management

Acquires and manages specific documents used by the organization, in addition to documents of external origin that are relevant to the processes. Creates and manages the document repository, thus halving search and processing times and implementation costs.
